Your rights

Under the GDPR and revFADP, you have the following rights:

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@jordan-chap.com. We will respond within one month at the most. You can also delete your account directly from My account, which erases all your data.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption for communications, password hashing (bcrypt), access control, regular backups and access monitoring.

Minors

The service is not intended for people under 16. If you are a minor, you must obtain consent from your legal representative before creating an account.

3. Terms of service

Object

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the StreamClipper service, a platform for automated clip extraction from stream recordings. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these ToS unreservedly.

Account creation

To use the service, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity performed from your account. Only one account per person is allowed.

User obligations

By using the service, you agree to:

Any breach may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account, without refund, and engage your liability.

Pricing and subscriptions

The service offers a free plan with a limited monthly quota, as well as paid Pro and Max subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are monthly, automatically renewed, and can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe portal accessible from My account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; hours already used are not refunded.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent provisions in Switzerland, you acknowledge and accept that the service begins to be provided as soon as the subscription is activated, which entails the express waiver of your 14-day right of withdrawal for hours already used.

Service availability

We make our best efforts to keep the service available 24/7. We cannot however guarantee continuous availability, in particular in case of maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure event. No compensation may be claimed for temporary unavailability.

Intellectual property

The service, its code, design, trademarks and logos remain the exclusive property of the publisher. No reproduction or reuse is allowed without prior written agreement.

You retain full ownership of the videos and clips you process with the service. By using the service, you grant us only the licences necessary for technical processing (download, transcription, temporary storage, clip generation), for the period strictly necessary to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Within the limits permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of audience, loss of revenue, data loss), for the user's use of the service, nor for content generated from videos submitted by the user. Our total cumulative liability is in any event limited to amounts actually paid over the last 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from My account, which entails the permanent erasure of all your data (except for legal retention obligations). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of the ToS.

Changes to the ToS

We reserve the right to change these ToS at any time. Changes will be notified to you by email or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Genève, Suisse. This does not deprive the consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

How to control them
